Lake Oconee Remodeling

 After 25 years serving the Atlanta market, Weidmann Remodeling expanded its design-build remodeling operations to include beautiful Lake Oconee in 2014. “Opening a local office to serve the community, the move was a direct response to requests we have received from our clients over the years to extend our reach to the under-served resort areas of Georgia. With long-term relationships already established at Lake Oconee, it was the natural choice,” said Dan Weidmann. 
 

While lake homes present some unique challenges and opportunities, the new office benefits from the full experience, administrative resources and creative design capabilities, superior customer service, refined processes, excellent communication and attention to detail already fully established in Atlanta. Since many Lake Oconee property owners have their primary residence in Atlanta, the video conferencing capabilities between the two offices provide the additional benefit of allowing our clients to meet with us in whichever location is most convenient for them. Like our work in Atlanta, projects at the lake vary from outdoor living spaces to master suites and kitchens, as well as whole house remodeling.
